Shipping, Refund & Return Policy
Every product comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy after initial inspection with quality, materials, workmanship or product is damaged, you may complete an RMA request to have your items returned. A 5-15% restocking fee, depending on supplier, will be assessed on non-defective returns. Up to a 20% restocking fee may be assessed on products in original unopened manufacturers box in good condition. Non-defective returns received back open and used may be charged a 50% restocking fee. Shipping to and from, plus restock, is also charged for undeliverable or refused packages. Shipping must be prepaid to the supplier. The supplier may cancel an RMA request if enough notes are not provided. They need details of the damage or defectiveness of the product being returned. Please provide as much detail as possible for returns. All returns should have an authorization number. Returns to the supplier/manufacturer will be for refund or credit depending on the manufacturer/supplier. Returns should be returned in 7-10 days depending on the manufacturer/supplier.
Products are shipped in 1-5 business days after order placed with tracking available.
